1. Go to English-speaking countries
If you want to practice a "foreign accent" spoken English, it is the most effective way to practice in an English-speaking country, so that you can communicate directly with native English speakers. But this is also the most expensive way and is only an option for a few people.
2. Go to the English corner
It would be wrong if the purpose of going to the English corner is to study. In fact, it should be regarded as a place to practice English expression, where you can fully demonstrate yourself, build up your confidence in speaking English, and exercise your courage and ability to speak English with different people. Go there for a like-minded vibe. If you don't have time to go, you can still talk to yourself and imagine yourself as two people having a conversation.
3. Find a foreign teacher to practice one-on-one
Looking for a foreign teacher to practice speaking one-on-one in China is similar to going abroad, but the cost will be saved a lot. There are many foreigners in China, especially in some big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, where foreigners can be seen everywhere. You can take the initiative to communicate with them in English, or spend money to find a foreign teacher to accompany you to practice oral English one-on-one.
4. Do more oral practice
At present, most of them are still unable to go abroad or find foreign teachers to learn English, and the limitations of time, place and form of traditional English corners limit the enthusiasm of some people to learn English. In order to improve the practice of spoken English, you can try the practice platforms in the form of telephone English corner, Internet English corner and so on.
People who are good at spoken English all agree that starting from practicing pronunciation (a lot of practice on accents and tones) works very well. Don't always think about how to write and translate this sentence. These will hinder oral language learning.
